For Vending events a guaranteed sales minimum is set. Contracted customer is responsible for the difference between the actual sales amount and the guaranteed minimum.
Item 1) In order to reserve the date, client must accept the catering contract terms. *
Item 2) At least 72 hours prior to the event, client agrees to inform caterer of any changes to the originally agreed upon menu or expected guest count. If the actual number in attendance is greater than the number confirmed, caterer cannot guarantee that adequate food will be available for all persons in attendance. *
Item 3) Client is to provide caterer a 30' (long) x 12' (wide) x 15' (high) level space in an outdoor area for the truck to park. Caterer will provide all equipment necessary to prepare food, including disposable plates, forks, knives, and napkins. *
Item 4) Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless caterer for any damage, theft, or loss of client’s property (including, without limitation, equipment, plates, utensils, and motor vehicles) occurring at the event that are caused by the negligent, intentional or unlawful conduct of Client, its employees, agents or representatives. *
Item 5) Caterer shall not be responsible for inability to provide food or other services due to inclement weather or acts of God (including, without limitation, fire or earthquake). *
Item 6) In the event attorneys' fees or other costs are incurred to secure performance of any of the obligations herein provided for, to obtain damages for breach thereof, or to obtain any other appropriate relief, whether by way of prosecution or defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the losing party reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein. This agreement contains all the terms and conditions agree upon by the parties hereto with reference to this event, and no other agreements not specifically referred to herein, oral or otherwise, shall be deemed to exist or to bind either of the parties hereto. *
Item 7) Client agrees to reimburse caterer for any additional expenses incurred due to parking fees at the event venue. *
Item 8) Standard menu is subject to change between time of booking and time of service. See for the current truck menu. Prices of menu items at time of booking will be honored. *
Item 9) Client understands that nuts, gluten, wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and other potential food allergens can be found in our menu items. *
Item 10) If the agreed upon minimum guarantee of sales is not met, client agrees to pay caterers the full invoice amount at the conclusion of the event. *
Item 11) Client agrees that a 50% deposit is required to guarantee event date. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the event. Payment in the form of Cash, Check or Credit card is accepted. For all credit card transactions a 3.5% transaction fee will be applied.
